Vag88 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the binding terms of use between you as a user and the vag88 platform. Please read these terms carefully in their entirety before registering or using any of the services provided. By continuing to use this platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all conditions stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the vag88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all other applicable rules and guidelines published on this platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the vag88 platform. This platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the minimum required age and possess full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at any time. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. vag88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including valid identification documents. Accounts using false information or impersonating another person may be suspended or closed immediately without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. vag88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence. If you suspect any suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.
Users agree not to use the vag88 platform for any unlawful purpose, fraud, system manipulation, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform. This includes but is not limited to:
- Use of automated software, bots, or scripts without written authorisation
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or cause damage to the platform's systems
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or gain an unfair advantage
- Sharing or transferring your account to a third party
- Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity
3. Payment Information & Transactions (MYR)
All deposits and withdrawals on the vag88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and valid. Any failed transactions resulting from incorrect information or inactive bank accounts are solely the user's responsibility.
Vag88 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals, and these limits are subject to change without prior notice. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the platform account. Transfers to third parties are not permitted.
All transactions are subject to internal verification processes that may require additional processing time. If a transaction is delayed or declined, users are encouraged to contact our support team for further clarification. vag88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Any activity indicating misuse of the payment system — including attempts to initiate unauthorised chargebacks — will result in the account being suspended pending an internal investigation.

4. Liability Limitations, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Vag88 provides this platform on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties. The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability at all times. vag88 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including any loss of funds resulting from betting decisions made by the user.
Vag88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, illegal activity, or a security threat. Users whose accounts are closed for valid reasons may not be entitled to a refund of any remaining account balance. Users may appeal an account closure by contacting the support team within 14 days of the closure date.
All content on the vag88 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software code, and design elements — is the exclusive property of vag88 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or republish any platform content without prior written consent.
The vag88 platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as payment processors. vag88 has no control over the content or practices of such third parties and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of their services. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of any third party before providing personal information.
5. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Vag88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at the platform's sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to users via notices displayed on the platform or to their registered email address. The effective date of the latest version of the terms will be clearly stated at the top of this document.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the vag88 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, both parties agree to refer the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed void only to the extent of its invalidity, while the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect. vag88's failure to enforce any right under these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
